We had recently moved into our newly constructed home at Burpengary and decided to install a fully ducted air conditioning system. This project was very professionally undertaken by Tony Redsell Air Conditioning and Electrical. I was extremely impressed with every step of our home air conditioning project and am very happy to recommend Tony Redsell Air Conditioning and Electrical to anyone. 

Beginning with their prompt reply to my initial request for quotation, the quote I received was well documented and even suggested some significant improvements to my basic specifications. Dealings with the office staff were excellent, with clear communications and messages left and transactions conducted without any problems. I was contacted directly by the company a few days prior to the scheduled installation to double check and confirm the install time and date.

At exactly the time I booked, Tony Redsell himself lead the team on our installation, taking the time to consult with me on the finer points of the location of ductwork, vents and the outdoor unit. He and his team presented as total professionals; well spoken, tidily dressed, confident and most importantly-clean and tidy workers, leaving no mess. I was further impressed when-at lunchtime-I was approached by one of the team to see if I wanted anything from the local shop when they went to grab their own lunch. A thoughtful and friendly offer that I gladly accepted.

After the installation was complete, Tony returned the following day to take me through an instructed handover of the newly installed ducted system-a nice change from being left to read the manual on my own. Tony is a friendly and professional operator who obviously understands that good service means good business.
